Booking with Hair Behavior

Please be mindful that all times reflected are the only times that are available. ( I do offer VIP appointments if my personal schedule permits, for an additional fee, text the number below and state that you want a VIP appointment .)

Hair Behavior is Located at 6800 Shakespeare Road Columbia, SC

At any point, if you have questions, text (803)570-0970 (By texting I will be able to answer you at a timely manner if you call I may not be able to answer.)

Please Arrive to your appointment on time.

When booking please use your correct name, email address, and phone number so you will receive all confirmations for your appointment.

Confirmation emails are sent out the Monday before your appointment (ex. if you book 2 weeks in advance, you'll receive a confirmation email the Monday before your appointment).

 Please read the description box of each service before you book any service. There is vital information under each service.

YOU CAN NOT BOOK A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT FOR LOC ATTACHMENTS, WICKS, INSTANT LOCS, MICRO LOCS and SOFT LOCS! (YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE!!!)

 

 

IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR ONE STYLE AND COME WANTING ANOTHER YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT!!!

 PLEASE ONLY TEXT THE NUMBER FOR ADDRESS, HAIR COLOR, OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT!! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hair Policy

Please all natural clients have hair detangled!!!!!! Fail to comply with these rules your appointment will be canceled. PLEASE NO OILS OR PRODUCTS ON YOUR HAIR IF YOU REFUSE SHAMPOO SERVICE!

 FRESHLY SHAMPOOED AND CONDITION HAIR IS REQUIRED!!!!

Hair is available for purchase online or in the salon. Please book up to 7 business days in advance if you are ordering hair from Hair Behavior just in case there is NO hair on hand.

(No previously used wigs, closures, frontals will be installed unless previously installed by Hair Behavior.

Quality MATTERS!

*3 bundles are standard for sew ins, bundles pass 3 will be an additional $20.

 

Payment Policy (All Services)

đź—ŁDeposits are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS, and NON-NEGOTIABLE! Your deposit will be deducted from your service (unless booking an emergency appointment).

 A deposit is required upon booking your appointment. No deposit no appointment! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IN CASH, Cash App or Card NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL!!!

If you pay in full and your appointment is canceled or you can’t make it, the other half is also NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you cannot make your appointment, please notify Zea within 24 hours from your service and your deposit will be credited to your next service. NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE STYLIST CANCELS! Refunds take 7-10 business days.

 

LATE POLICY:

 You will have a grace period of 15 minutes only!! After 15 minutes there will be a $10 fee charge. 20 minutes after your appointment it will be cancelled and you won't be able to book again if you haven't spoken to me. You can reach out to me to avoid any confusion. If you are going to be late, regardless of the amount of minutes late please text (803)570-0970 to inform me. Even if you will just be five minutes late, please be Courteous and inform me.

 If you are in a rush or have important arrangements for the day, please book a FREE day! Hair Behavior services may take 3-5 hours & cannot promise a time that you will be done. Hair Behavior does not rush on ANYONE & beauty takes TIMEEEE.

 

EXTRA GUEST: Please Do Not Bring any guest during a time of service.

*We will cancel your appointment if you bring additional people.

There will be no extra guest allowed (We will cancel your appointment if you bring additional people). Due to Covid-19 I am following all rules to keep the client and myself safe. If someone have to wait on you they will be asked to wait outside in their car!!! NO EXCEPTION WHAT SO EVER!!!! No kids are allowed while you get serviced unless being serviced!!!

 

Service Extras:

During the appointment, don’t be afraid to ask questions. If there is anything that you are allergic to, please state before the appointment begins.

Lastly, if there is something that you do not like about the service after I am finished, please speak up so that I can fix it for no additional charge. After you leave the studio I am not responsible for fixing anything for free.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless I am at fault, only a free service is negotiable. Thank you for choosing Hair Behavior Services!
